LaQuest Beach

So here's my new labor of love, LaQuest Beach. It's on an island in the middle of the water. I have Sim State University attached to it but I also have a community college located in the city portion, LaQuest Beach Community College or LBCC. There is a bad area of town located on the left and the bottom portion serves as the suburbs. It has plenty of space for beach lots and I love this map!!!!!

    Lunar - yes I downloaded it from mts2.......it's called San Ramirez Island but I forget the name of the creator.....I'll have to look it up......

    That looks great! I especially like your city area. I bet lot view will look fantastic with all the skyscrapers in the background.

    It looks great! I'm always so envious of people starting new neighborhoods :)

    I like that it's all on one map too! My neighborhood prior to LH was all on one map, and that was very convenient! It crashed my computer a lot though because I made it so big, lol!

    Glad to see you haven't given up! I can't wait to read about LaQuest Beach!
